Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?®  Vishay is currently seeking applicants for a Market Development Manager Industrial (m/w/d) located in Selb or Heide.

• Coverage of global industrial business for Draloric/Beyschlag Resistors
• Close collaboration with Regional Marketing, Strategic Global Account Managers, Area Sales Managers, Field Application Engineers, Direct Customers and Distribution Customers
• Continuous market observation and evaluation of market opportunities
• Gain application and product knowledge for promotion and design-in of products and provide ideas for new product developments
• Ensure constant communication and drive awareness for all product lines within the responsible business unit
• Create global product marketing campaigns together with Marketing Communication department
• Drive regular cross-functional collaboration within the entire organization
• Help to define focus customers and go to market strategies including business plans
• Deep technical support and knowledge sharing with internal and external parties

• Completed studies in electronic engineering, business administration and engineering, product marketing or related fields
• Ability to fully understand and communicate technical products and solutions
• Highly self driven and able to manage projects and teams independently
• Team player with outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Ability to work in an international team
• Research & Analytical Skills
• Willingness to travel globally
• Business fluent English and fluent German language skills
